Any concerns about confidentiality will be addressed openly, and clients will be informed of their rights to privacy.

I am committed to providing accessible services. If any client has specific access needs, I will work to provide reasonable adjustments to ensure that coaching is accessible to them. This may include providing materials in alternative formats or adjusting physical spaces to accommodate clients with mobility challenges.
